Location: Realms Of Black Lake
Veras City lies scarcely a mile from the western shoreline of Aris.

It is known to be a favored haven for smugglers, and quite a few other unscrupulous characters.

It is also known for being a favored place for the guards of Sava to relax and unwind during their yearly furloughs.

One can safely assume that it is not generally a peaceable place, considering the usual mixture of its visiting populace.
