Red Back Gargoyle

Forum: Realms Of Black Lake - Red-back gargoyles are a vicious bunch that often live in swampy areas, and hang around ruins. They are very fond of human flesh, and have no qualms about attacking anyone they see, and then eating them if they win.

Their young do not enjoy the protection of their parents, but they don’t really need it either, as they are able to spit a highly acidic poison at whatever may get too close to them.

The toxic substance is aimed directly at the eyes, and will easily permanently blind the victim, if not promptly treated (within 1 minute) with a paste made from a ground aloe plant, and black root.
